| Preface |
Chun Chih Automatic M/C Co., Ltd., whose forerunner is Chun Chih Automatic Machinery Enterprise Co., established on Jan. 5, 2001, is young company. In the beginning of buildup, the major business of Chun Chih was the specific automatic machinery design and development as well as production of the clamp/fixture. For the processing and assembly business, we selected the strategy-alliance mode to cooperate with alliance partners. 70% of business focuses on the automatic machinery, clamp/fixture, and related precision-machinery parts for electronic-industry products. We owned professional experience, innovation, precise delivery time, and service to satisfy our customers. 20% of business was to cooperate with other manufacturers and machinery plants in design as well as development of pure machinery products and improvement of old equipments. 10% of business was to plan multi-functional 5-axis or 6-axis robots. For example, our strategy-alliance partners were the Tatung-Fanuc Robotics Company for PC BASE robots and the KUKA, Germany.
On May 1, 2002, we reorganized to Chun Chih Automatic M/C Co., Ltd. Then we moved to the new RC-structure plant in the industry area, Yu-Lien St., in March 2004. In this year, we increased the capital, installed the network, purchased equipments for processing, and built the 30-ping clean room. Moreover, we actively cultivated new employees in various fields such as specification discussion, design/drawing, manufacture/assembly, power distribution of machines, electromechanical integration and test-run, and customer service.
Because
of increasingly expanded business, we moved to No 1112-1~3,
Kuan-Fu Rd., a 330-ping area, in July 2005. To save customers’
time in journey and enhance the work efficiency, we adopt
the NETMEETING for discussion of customers’ drawings and
service/maintenance. If an IP customer cannot track the project
schedule on the spot, it can supervise the installation situation
anytime on Internet via the CCD in the installation zone.
For the sustainable management, we strive to satisfy customer’s
requirements with attitudes of innovation, specialties, effectiveness,
and service. To match up the current industry situations
in Taiwan and completely use specialties owned by customers
and Chun Chih, the previous process can be separated according
to stages selected by customers. We sincerely aspire to cooperate
with the same or different trades to create common profits.
In
addition to experiences at equipment production, installation,
and test-run in the CRT plants such as Yangmei plant of Chunghwa
Picture Tubes, Ltd., Malaysia, China, and UK, our staff have
